The Admin Coordinator will report to the Line Manager and work directly within their team. You have responsibilities such as: Dealing with stock quantity and updating into system Forecasting deliveries coming in and specifying the location for stock Arrange delivery and customer collection on different sites Dealing with daily customer collections and daily stock intakes Transportation planning for customer collection Recording performances of warehouse staff Assisting team members and completing tasks given
Career path (depends on performance): 1st year: You will be working as an Admin Coordinator in the Booking department, doing basic admin daily tasks such as handling stock quantity, database update & maintenance, and assisting team leader. A performance review will be conducted after the first 3 months. You will be entitled to a year-end bonus if your performance is above average after the first 6 months. The potential pay rise will be based on your performance review annually after the first year.
Successful applicants must have: • Knowledge of critical path management is a must • Ability to work under pressure and multitask • Good communication in English (verbal and written) and computer skills are required • Able to speak fluent Mandarin will be desirable • Multicultural and full of enthusiasm • Strong Microsoft Office and typing skills • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
