主要工作内容：
接受並準備訂單 Taking orders and preparing them as necessary
提供食品、軟飲和酒精類飲品服務 Service of food, soft drinks, & alcoholic beverages
與顧客保持溝通以確保顧客滿意度，及時妥善處理顧客投訴並在必要時轉達給管理層 Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction and to refer them to management if necessary
準確處理顧客的訂單 Process customer bills or payments accurately
執行並遵守所有服務相關的規定 Enforce and adhere to all rules &/or regulations related to service
嚴格遵守管理層制定的開舖與關舖的時間與清潔程序 Follow all opening/closing/cleaning duties as directed by management
對菜單有足夠的了解，並為顧客提供 Maintain a good level of knowledge of the menus to enable guidance for customers
對顧客與銷售保持積極的態度 Be pro-active in promoting sales and maintaining customers
確保工作區域整潔衛生 Ensure working areas are always clean, tidy and organised
保持高度個人衛生，穿著工作制服 Maintain high levels of personal hygiene and wear uniform as provided and prescribed and to always ensure it is kept clean and presentable
需求條件：
對顧客細心及耐心 Attentiveness and patience for customers
較好的溝通及表達能力 Excellent presentation skills
無需工作經驗但必須有强烈學習興趣和能力 Experience is not required but must be motivated to learn
能適應快節奏工作環境 Well in a fast-paced environment
有團隊協作意識 Team spirit
有食物安全考核資格者優先 Food safety training is a plus
中英文皆流利者優先 Fluent in both English & Chinese would be an advantage
必須有英國工作身份 Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
需根據生意情況接受靈活工作時間安排 Flexible to work a varied rota Monday to Sunday to meet the needs of the business
