Key Responsibilities
Handling and preparing sashimi fish, oversee the running of the fresh fish, cured fish and shellfish counters;
Oversee the running of the fresh fish, cured fish and shellfish counters;
Ensure that all received fish products are to a high standard;
Prepare all fish products for display on counters, (including but not limited to; dressed crab, lobster, shucked oysters), using a variety of hand tools and knives;
Carve cured fish for the fish bar;
Engage and interact with all customers in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner – offering advice and exceeding customer expectations;
