Company: iae Edu Net Limited Address: 1st Floor, 29-30 Windmill Street London W1T 2JL Position: Sales and Business Development Manager Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 to 5.00 Salary: Up to £35K OTE Company details: iae Edu Net Limited is an international education recruitment and management company for UK higher and further education institution including language training institutions. As an education management company and agency, IAE Edu Net Ltd. has developed counselling service for international students to be supported when they consider to enter and progress to UK education institutions in range of courses by partnership with number of UK University and college. Position details: We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager focusing directly on the UK and Chinese market. Typical duties: Typical duties include: • Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the company's international partners processes, procedures and products in order to upsell and generate the biggest possible client base; • Analysing trading patterns to assist with the expansion of the company; • Monitoring industry developments and national and international competition focusing on the Chinese market; • Creating and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients both nationally and internationally. Approaching Chinese students entering the UK education system with B2B approach through email, phone and undertaking meetings; • Maintaining and developing accurate and regular reports in order to analyse the sales and revenue figures; • Developing and executing business strategies for senior management. • Conduct marketing exercises to approach Requirements: The ideal candidate must have the following: • Demonstrable knowledge of the international education market in China; • Have an existing network of contacts within the industry; • Knowledge of the UCAS university application process; • An applicant who holds a UK degree or can demonstrate evidence of having been through the UK university system would be advantageous; • roven experience in sales and business development in the international education industry; • Fluent in English and Chinese, in order to communicate with both students and parents in China to generate new business opportunities. • Ability to work under pressure on their own or as part of a team; • Be able to commence work with immediate effect once the position is offered and accepted.
