本店于1978年开始营业，是拥有开放式厨房的传统日本料理店，目前的主厨Taka先生之前就职于东京的著名怀石料理店。
希望应聘的您有一定的日本餐厅工作经验，可以进行英语交流（会日语是最好），有合法工作的身份。

Ikeda is seeking an experienced commis chef to join our dynamic, talented team at Ikeda restaurant in Mayfair, London.
Ikeda restaurant opened its doors in 1978 and we pride ourselves on being one of the most authentic, traditional open kitchen Japanese restaurants in London.
Our Supremely talented head chef Taka-san joined us last year direct from one of the most prestigious Kaiseki restaurant in Tokyo Japan.
We prefer our candidates to have previously worked in a Japanese kitchen, is passionate, creative and hardworking.
Applicants must have the right to legally reside and work in the UK without any restrictions or limitations.
