Okay, stay calm, don't panic, but we have some new images of the Disneyland-style resort coming to London! A few years ago, it was announced that London—well, okay, north Kent—was getting its very own Hollywood-esque, Disneyland-style theme park. We have watched from the sidelines as countless other cities across the world have welcomed these amusement parks, and it's finally our turn.
The UK boasts some brilliant theme parks, but there's a brand new resort that's going to seriously up the ante for thrill-seekers.
The £3.5 billion London Resort opening in Kent has been dubbed the UK's answer to Disneyland and will be the size of 136 Wembley Stadiums, filled with themed lands, rides and heaps more attractions.
Although the project's team have kept fairly tight-lipped about exactly what's on offer, we've had a sneak preview at some of the renderings and it looks like it's going to be an epic day out. (Not to mention that with deals signed with Paramount Pictures, BBC and ITV, the resort could offer themes around some beloved films and TV shows).
It's one of our top picks of the most exciting new resorts opening in the UK and one thrill-seekers will want to bookmark for future adventures.
