CHEF POSITION With at least 3 years full time supervisory experience at NVQ level 3 or above and must have extensive knowledge in a wide variety of Chinese/Oriental cuisine. Duties to include: Assisting in the management and running of the kitchen, Preparing and cooking orders, Supervising of kitchen staffs, Help maintain and improve the menu, Monitor stock movements and co-ordinate stock ordering with the restaurant manager, Responsibilities in kitchen safety, waste and hygiene practise management.
