Our client is currently recruiting Mandarin Speaking Customer Service Advisors based at a city in the middle between Birmingham and Manchester.
As a customer service Representative you will be providing customer service via live chat, email and telephone.
The ideal candidate will have some experience in online/e-commerce business but this is not essential.
You must be able to work well in a team as well as using your own initiative.
Training will be provided on in-house systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, be computer literate and have good communication skills.
￡25,000.00-￡31,000.00 base salary per year plus bonus, with free company accommodation for the first 3 months if you need relocate（方便员工relocation,公司提供前3个月的住宿）.
