商家服务岗
工作职责:
1. 负责新客户系统导入，包括物流系统后台权限配置，培训客户使用系统下订单;
2. 跟进客户日常使用仓配系统异常情况，协调研发、产品、计划、运营等部门，解答客户问题，确保客户运营顺利，提高客户满意度;
3. 负责完成计费系统的报价导入及日常维护，协助推广网上计费，整理完善仓库配送业务收入结算流程，完成客户线上线下收入账单的开具;
4. 负责收入的完整性和准确性，协助汇总统计每月收入，解答客户对仓库配送账单的疑问，跟踪客户付款并及时核销。
岗位要求:
1. 本科及以上学历，物流与供应链管理专业优先;
2. 3年以上物流业务服务/运营工作经验，熟悉仓库运营和物流配送业务;
3. 熟练使用办公软件，对数据敏感;
4. 有较强的沟通能力，项目协调能力，良好的客户服务意识，抗压能力强;
5. 当地公民或有公共关系需要;
6. 英语流利，中文母语者优先

Customer service
Job duties:
1.Responsible for new customer system import, including logistics system background authority configuration, training customers to use the system to place orders;
2.Follow up the customer's daily use of warehouse system exceptions, coordinate with R & D, product, planning, operations and other departments to answer customer questions, to ensure smooth customer operations and improve customer satisfaction;
3.Responsible for the import and daily maintenance of the billing system, assist in the promotion of online billing, organize and improve the income settlement process of warehouse distribution business, and complete the billing of customers' online and offline income;
4.Responsible for the completeness and accuracy of revenue, assist in the summary statistics of monthly revenue, answer customer questions on warehouse delivery billing, track customer payments and timely write-offs.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics and supply chain management is preferred;
2.3 years working experience in logistics business service/operation, familiar with warehouse operation and logistics distribution business;
3.Skilled in using office software, sensitive to data;
4.Strong communication skills, project coordination ability, good customer service consciousness, strong anti-stress ability;
5.Local citizen or have public relations needs;
6. Fluent in English,native Chinese speaker preferred

仓储主管岗
工作职责：
1. 对出入库产品及时、正确的做好精确的单据录入，以及监督。
2. 负责仓库整体工作事务及工作日常事务管理，协调部门与各职能部门之间的工作。
3. 仓库所有进出流通事务的管理分配，日常任务的协调和下达。
4. 负责仓库产品的日常维护和整理安排，及时巡视库存物品并处理损坏的产品。

Warehouse Supervisor
Job responsibilities:
1. Timely and accurate document entry and supervision of products to and from the warehouse.
2. Responsible for the overall work of the warehouse and day-to-day management of the warehouse tasks, coordination between various functional departments.
3. Management allocation of all incoming and outgoing circulation transactions in the warehouse, coordination and release of daily tasks.
4. Responsible for the daily maintenance and finishing arrangements of warehouse products, timely inspection of inventory items and handling damaged products.
