Warehouse Supervisors UK- Birmingham
3 position (Inbound, Outbound, Stock)
Responsibilities:
• Supervise a small team and having a "hand-on" leadership
• Managing the work flow in the Warehouse including Outbound, Inbound and Stock control
• KPI Monitoring
• Ensuring all staff are following the SOP
• Ensuring a health and safety work environment
• Staff Management and attendance reporting
• Constantly looking for areas of improvement in processes of the business
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree or above, logistics and supply chain management major is preferred;
• Above 3 years of related working experience, at least 1years of managing a sizeable team
• Experienced in E-com warehouse management,
• Have good communication, problem-solving, excellent leadership, and team-building skills
• An understanding of 5S / Lean / Six Sigma and be open to Continuous Improvement will be advantageous
• Have a valid Reach and Counterbalance licenses will be advantageous
• Experience and knowledge of WMS and ERP systems
• Advanced experience of Microsoft Office and analytical capabilities
• Willingness and flexibility to work on a different shift pattern
• Local Citizen or with PR needed
• English is a must, Chinese preferred
