We are based in Aston, Birmingham with immediate requirement for an Accounts Assistant for an immediate start temp to perm role.
The main duties will include;
• Entering approved invoices onto Quickbooks
• Billing clients for jobs accurately
• Assisting the Office Manager with a general admin as required
• Bank rec, supplier statement reconciliation, and other usual accounts-related tasks
The successful candidate will;
• Have a strong Accounts background
• Have knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel (We would also consider candidates proficient in Sage 50)
• Be process driven and have a keen eye for detail
• Be a team player and always happy to help In return
• Strong organisational skills and communication skills

Language Preference:
English is essential, additional language Mandarin/Cantonese will be preferred.
